Ordered an Asus tablet on 17/5 which was listed on their website as in stock and ships in 2-5 days, delivered free in 7-10 days.
After three weeks of misleading, evasive, and downright pathetic excuses from them in response to my email queries I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. So far this has led to another week of vague and evasive emails and no refund. I've now reported them to my bank/credit card provider, but it looks like I've lost over $500 which, being on a disability pension and trying to study at uni, this really hurts. So I want to warn as many people as I can about Value Basket!!!
