I had a BAD experience with this company. They damaged a number of furniture items during the move as well as scratched the NEW floor of my apartment. Took months to get them to do anything about it (not answering emails or phonecalls), and when they did it was unprofessional and they left me 'high and dry' with the restoration work half-finished. This company have not responded to my subsequent complaints, and I am seriously thinking about taking them to the small-claims court (more of my time and efforts wasted!).
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE IN PERTH!! Unethical and unprofessional!!
If you experience problems with them, good luck with trying to get the management to do anything about it.
I just wish I could get hold of them and give them a piece of my mind!!
