I have been with 12voip for a number of years. Over the last year I noticed that they started to overcharge me in line with their 'Fair User Policy' (FUP). If a customer uses more than 300 minutes a week, then the policy is implemented resulting in a much higher charge. I had barely gone over 100 minutes yet I was slugged with the higher rate, not fair. Not recommended, keep away, slimy customer service.
