We have had an error our mystar / we have tried over and over again to resolve this matter but to no avail (every time we call over 15 times I think we get put on hold and no one has rectified the problem) Not only do I have no screen but have spent all evening till now trying to get some sense out of someone. I know my rights and am horrified as a new customer (who took over a/c from another existing customer) the slack and poor service ((am horrified with the not before and not after the 7am/pm or when we finally get someone we ayre on hold that long they either hang up or our battery runs flat)) YOU MUST RECTIFY THIS ASAP AND GIVE ME A REASON TO STAY AS YOUR CUSTOMER)) call me asap on the above phone or 0400898510 / 0422535427 (scott) WE FIND YOUR SERVICE SO VERY POOR (FROM BEING PUT ON HOLD TO YOUR STAFF HANGING UP ON US)) Please do not think that I will not take this further as I can (I expect a call from you and a reimbursement of the 15 calls plus if I was to continue on with doing business with you.
