Getting charged for 2 cellphone numbers

Getting charge for a cellphone number: 0431079000 that I am not using. I have contacted them and they told me they gonna take it off, and all of a sudden it is been charge with this months bill. My customer number is: 609091 and I can be contacted on: o466715374. I would like this matter to be sorted ASAP. And not to be repeated again...
