Absolute WORST experience online!
Purchased WOW gold, and was told they had stock and would be delivered within the hour!
After waiting a total of 6.5 hours in game, I spoke with 6 representatives in the online customer service during that period, each and every one saying it would be delivered within the hour. First deliverer "dropped queue" so had to rejoin, second deliver "his shift finished so new deliverer will come in game". Third deliverer entered game, went to trade then "His account got banned a few seconds before trade"... and Final attempt, they said deliverer was back in 1152 queue, then when asked what position he was in a few moments later, they responded saying their account is banned and wont be allowed back in. When I threatened a refund, they said they would have gold delivered in 2 hours, miraculously the account wouldnt be banned then!
Absolute worst experience ever, out of any WOW websites ive dealt with. Terrible, vague customer service, and consistently fed lies to keep you occupied. Possible scammers.
Would NOT recommend to anyone... ever!!!
