Last week I ordered from Funtvshop.com website three box sets for a good price. They charged me 14.99 as shipping charge and told me they dispatch the goods the next business day.
I needed to wait more than a week for the sets to arrive. I'm not saying this is a scam but they could inform in a way that the set will be delivered in more than 5 days.
My order number is # 100007982, and I placed it on 2th December.
I expect at least an apologise from your manager and maybe a discount so I will continue to do business with you.
Funtvshop is a nice company, definitely not a scam but they need to work harder on their system.
I look forward to hear from them, I'm sorry I had to put this online.
