Goods did not come

I order two shipments first oven and cooktop the second a dirt bike, the company hang the phone up on you, they never ring back when they say they will, and first item come i was contacted by freight company to say is broken, i have asked for full refund on my items and have been told this will not happen and that i need to cover shipping cost for items i did not receive. this company is very rude and need to be closed down.
wish i never used them in the first place, im a single mum and cant afford to be ripped off. very sad to have to tell my son he will not get a birthday present as now i cant afford to buy anything else.
