Issue with tickets bought in DEC!!!

Issue with tickets booked for Pink's show TOMORROW NIGHT!
I am VERY unhappy about the issue with my event tickets - 2 DAYS before the concert I get called to say "sorry there was a mess-up" I don't have my allocated seats (which I paid a fortune for!!) - I can either sit behind the stage or stand - NO compensation for the standing tickets I SPECIFICALLY booked seated tickets because I DON'T WANT TO STAND - I booked these tickets in DEC last year - and I don't even get offered anything but a lame sorry! This is unacceptable and very frustrating!!! Why must I give up my seats and then get NOTHING for it! I would appreciate if someone with some authority to do something about this can please look into this to see how this can either be fixed or I can be compensated for my inconvenience.
