I went to buy ginger and other home stuff when i touch the ginger it has many colour on it because it has fungus on it i ask to duty manager he said plz write the complaint and we will call u in next week but nobody call us about that then i went back to coles and asked about the complaint he said take 20$ voucher and we will call u but still nobody call . i have all the proofs and photos of the fungy ginger which i have taken in coles at that time duty manager written the complaint for us we have mentioned his name in the complaint i think its not a good thing to buy more stuff from coles prices are very high and quality is not good im sending u pictures of that piece of ginger if u cant do any thing my openion is we shuld speak to media because nobody care about the coustomer i still hv 20$ voucher i havent spend any thing from that voucher if u want i wiill send it back to u
