Can't Open my Yahoo Mail

Hi,
I just need to complaint that someone else is also using my yahoo ID. I changed my password few times but it doesn't helped. Someone got access to my Yahoo ID and changed my all details in security section so that i can't open it... How it can be possible... i have too many important e-mails in my account but now i am totally helpless as someone changed all my details and i can' open my account... Please take necessary action ASAP as it is very important to me...
