Key Wont work

Downloaded program and paid for registration Key which wont work after 4 attempts. Attempted contact with them but they refuse to answer .(Paid by credit car, stupid and should have used PayPal)
Now all I want is my money back ie $49 and some change. But it will be very surprised if it happens, or maybe they will finally answer.
