Refusal to re-supply registration key lost in computer upgrade

I bought the program earlier this year to update my drivers, and I have my Banking records to prove it. I had to re-install my operating system, and failed to save the registration key so I could continue using the program. I emailed Driver Whiz, explained the problem, and
asked them to supply the missing key. First response was :- Can't find your details in our data base. I kept writing to them, and finally
got another response :- We sent the key to another email address. Maybe I was using another email address when I bought the program.
I've had computer problems and had to switch from Wireless Broadband to Dial-up for a while, and used a temporary address for that.
So I wrote again, pointing out that I can't access that now-closed temporary account, and they don't answer. I live in a small country
town in outback Queensland, and I have a very unusual name, so there's no question of a mix-up in identity. Their records must show
that I bought the program. I can't remember which email address I was using at the time, but my identity hasn't changed. If they'd respond, and engage in some discussion, I wouldn't feel that they are intentionally cheating me. But they're not acting like honest
people. Can anything be done to stop them from treating customers like this?

Thanks, from Gaele Maat.
