Failure to deliver my property

I made arrangement to have my property picked up to be shipped from California to Perth Australia.
I had a gut feeling when 2 Guys showed up who could not speak english in an unmarked van that this might not be good. But regrettably I went ahead. They packed up my stuff no bubble wrap insight.
I left the USA on Sept 11th it is now Jan 12th and I still dont have my stuff. This has created so many problems they have completely ruined my stay in Australia.
They first of all low balled me on the quote but once I was committed they jacked up the price by a $1000.00 Then after shipping the stuff to Perth they did not pay the agents here Perth so my property is stuck in storage accumulating storage fees which I now can not afford to pay. They don't answer emails or the phone are really rude and have left me in an impossible situation. Do not use this company they a crooks. I believe they have changed their name to I Move Green I probably would not trust them either as they have the same offices and phone numbers and have been equally evasive.
