A few months back i had a problem with my Canon mp830 printer, Andy gave me good advice and the problem was fixed, i was charged $67.00 which i paid with my visa card, and now i see on my statement you again took from my account $67.00 on 17/12, as i have not used your services again you had no right to take this money, please credit my account with this amount immediately
