I transfered $ AUD 2500 on 5/01 about 10.00 pm, at that time the rate to transfer to INDIA was 44.50 Rs= $ 1 AUD. The rate than had gone down to 44.37 RS and than again increased to 44.42. I received money in india with the rate of 44.25 RS on 7/1 in late evening. I don't understand why they gave me 44.25 rate as it never gone down below than 44.37 Rs. I tried to discuss with their representative but he didn't give me satisfied answer. I asked him to transfer the call to his manager but he said I can't transfer. I asked give the name of your manager but he said I can't give you name of my manager. I believe they are not reliable and not professional.
