I purchased the PDF suite advertised for $ 29.95 as advertised on 04/11 only to dicover on submitting my credit card details 3 other programmes had been added in the fine print bringing the total to AUS $58.85.I feel have been deliberately misled into buying the extra programmes-"extended download protection, QUAD antispyware and QUAD registery cleaner" contrary to my wishes and under false advertising.
I find the programme PDF suite difficult and complicated to manage and is not reducing the size of my files substamtially at all. I wish to deregister these programmes and i would like my money back as indicated in the 32 day claw back agreement. Thank you.
