Optus coverage is continualy inadiquate, perfect example is trying to get data and the service shows full reception, but delivers less the a third the speed. Continual drop out and changeing between cdma hspa and what ever the crapp they think they are doing. Totaly hoppless for any busyness transactions, you carnt book flights because it drops or changes coverage while your halfway throught the transaction, and this is after changeing to a 12 month contract in the hope it would gain a priority service? No its a waste of money and as soon as i find out whos neck to ring iam demanding my money back, data payback!! you carnt evern use the 4gbs of the contract they dont supply enough data constamtly so you can bloody use it>last nite tried to get on face book, do reception ok, i put a virgin iphone4 along sibe my unit that has got a 3g ariel extension optus whouldnt evern show its own zoo webpage, virgin pickup no trouble and conected to face book! and they use the same towers in this town. Ombudsman can cancel my contract and they can have their service back, advise anyone to just save yourself the frustration and loss of time, pay extra and use a different provide
