All they do is copy OLD VHS TAPE or live to air/cable shows, then burn to DVD/disc and sell them as boxed sets.
There is NO customer support.
They say they will reply in 24 to 48 hours... Try 7 days, and thats ONLY if your lucky or you email bomb them with 20 emails...
Make sure you check your order confirmation... the email address you receive it from is usually a "gmail" Account...
Email bomb that account too!
