I here by confirm that your application form employment was successful after
the screening, you will be working with Cohan Construction Ltd United
Kingdom. You will resume duty in United Kingdom after the completion of your
15 days training in Ghana, during this training you will be tutored on how
to perform your duty both on and off site.
You have been appointed to work with us on 2 years contract and it can be
extended if only you wish to remain with our company.
Cohan Construction Ltd, will provide free air ticket, accommodation, medical
care, feeding and insurance only to all accepted candidates, all other
traveling expenses will be the responsibility of the employee.
Cohan Construction Ltd will also provide free air port pick to all our
workers upon their arrival in Ghana for the 15 days training.
The salary stated is Tax Free, all taxes that will be incurred by employee
both in Ghana and London will be paid by Cohan Construction And Engineering
Limited.

Employment Terms/Conditions
1. Your monthly salary will be ₤3, 900.00 Pound Sterling (GBP)
2. Cohan Construction Limited will provide suitable accommodation for
employee both in Ghana and London (Worker’s Lodge)
3. Transportation will be provided by company (accommodation to job site)
4. You will be entitled to have 30 days paid leave with passage after comp
letion of (2) two years contract
5. The contract is valid for two years and will be renewed for further
period on mutual agreement
6. First three months of your employment will be considered as probationary
period during which you should satisfy the management with your capacity
7. Food, will be provided for employee (3 times daily)
8. Strict disciplinary action will be taken if you indulge in any of the
following incidents, deliberate attempt to damage the properties around your
working area, causing disturbance to other worker under the infl uence of
alcohol
9. Upon your head of the dept's request, you should do overtime as and when
if it is necessary
10. The company is not responsible for any domestic problems
11. Employer also provide free medical care and insurance to all employee
12. All other conditions as per existing Labor Law
Cohan Construction Ltd WORKING TERMS AND CONDITION.
1. WORKING DAYS
(Monday To Saturday) (Sunday Off Day)
2. WORKING HOURS PER DAY
(9 Hours per Day) (1Hour Break/Resting Time Each Day)
3. WORKING VENUE:
(Ghana/United Kingdom)
4. LEAVE/ALLOWANCES
(All workers will be given 1 month leave in every middle of the year)
(All leave travel allowance/bonus will be paid in full by our company
including free air ticket)
5. FAMILY UNITES.
Employee are allowed to come along with their family after 2 months and all
the traveling expenses will also be on the company including free education
for the children in any of our schools located in Ghana and London
6. ENTRY PAPERS/WORKING PERMIT
Working permit and other traveling documents will be provided for all
applicants before their arrival in Ghana through our traveling agent all
fees paid by employee
7. Project
Employee will have to undergo 15 Days training course in Ghana before they
will be transferred to our Head office in United Kingdom to resume duty.
8. Payment:
Cohan Construction Ltd will provide free Air Ticket, Medical
Care/Insurance/Feeding Accommodations, Employee will be responsible for the
full payment covering the traveling paper charges like, Ghana Cable Visa,
Traveling Agent Charges Etc.
