Hi all, I have just been "got" (Tasmania, Australia) in exactly the same fashion. Ordered a FREE product but had to submit Credit Card details to pay $2.95 postage.
3 weeks later they took $102.38 from my Credit Card then another $96.59 on the same day!!
They have since refunded the $102.38 but it seems impossible to be able to reach anyone to complain or communicate.
Purchased mine through Zen Body Care on line but it is the Pure Collagen product... not even sure who to try and complain to although it was Zen that deducted my money illegally.
Well, we live and learn-I hope :-)
