My husband purchased a 3 piece created sapphire and diamond box set for me for christmas. It consisted of a necklace, ring and earrings. On january 3rd, the necklace snapped so i took it back to michael hill shellharbour and got it exchanged. On february 5th, it broke again so i returned to the store to exchange it again only to be told it was no longer covered even though this is the 2nd time it happened, i also still have my receipt. The manager was rude and accused me of being rough on the jewellery which is totally untrue. I have NEVER been so unsatisfied and angry in my life. If this situation is not rectified i will NEVER buy anything from michael hill again and i will badmouthing them to everyone every chance i get.
