This is the second year that this Company has taken $99.95 out of my credit account and if this money is not replaced with seven days I will be forced to take legal action.
This was not authorised and after it was taken last year my bank contacted them to have it returned, this year they have told me to pursue the matter as it is a regular occurrence with this company.
Please delete my name and account number from your records.
