Hi, my grips about a jewellery store (ZAMEL'S at Capalaba) my wife and i have frequented this store on a few occasions have purchasing odd piece of jewellery and had a few necklace clasps replaced, all over the last 8 months, on each of the 3 occasions we have been there not any of the sales persons have been present its always completely new staff... anyway 6 months ago a nice friendly sale person changed and replaced a clasp on my necklace, great service good price i thought. the other day i went to wear the necklace and the clasp fell apart so i took it back i had no receipt as i remember it was only for a amount of money spent it wasn't itemized.. i was looking to speak to the person that had served me as i knew he would have remembered me this was all to no avail, the sales person i had to deal with was an arrogant hard nose policy type she had the presence of total apathy no we won't be replacing it !! supposedly she was the store owner, i just can't imagine that in today's economy with so much competition a store owner would risk such behavior pity i won't be going back there to Zamels Jewellers the thing that they will get out of me about them will be 100 % negativity. businesses that don't take care of your customers base end up loosing them ???
