I purchased a product from Satellite Direct-"3500 live online satellite Tv channels ." The product was rubbish, After I downloaded it, it proved to be just some repeats of old newscasts from various countries, with a couple of old movies and cartoons also. The list of channels, of which most, when tried, display a message that they are "not broadcasting at the moment" (and never seem to be). It wasn't live and wasn't 3500 real channels and was always the same looped video. Nothing about this was legitimate. I tried contacting their customer service email, which of course was very hard to find in the first place. there were three different email addresses, that I sent my complaint to, but funnily enough I got the exact word for word reply from "Nicole" who was obviously an automated responder, telling me to keep trying my service, because everything was ok. I cracked the shits and wanted a refund (which I could do within 7 day trial), except that they didn't respond to my request on the issue. Bastards!
