Faulty Products

Just a heads up about one company in China. They go by these 3 names:
Idea inflatables or Empire Inflatables or Jumping Fun

They are a very poor manufacturers of Inflatables and do not honour warranty for their products if you buy from them.

I know this first hand because I have tried to get them to pay for warranty repairs totalling around $1, 500 AUS for 2 products I bought from them in the past 3 months. A Mechanical Bull and a Mechanical Surfboard including 2 inflatables.
Both of these products had electrical problems needing to be rewired, holes and patches already on new inflatables and missing tie downs. Their product quality leaves a lot to be desired.
I would recommend talking to some one who has purchased from a supplier first before I ordered any product from overseas.
