Heres a real story for you. who is supposed to police the new no smoking zone laws in ipswich and why don't they enforce it when it can be such a cash raiser for them? with plenty of asthmatics and old people at bus stops, cab ranks and at shop fronts it seems like their so called right to smoke is still infringing on others rights to breathe with a total disreguard or ignorance to the new rules.
