I found this website by googling. If I had known it was in Australia I would not have ordered. I ordered a hat for my dad for Christmas. On December 1st, I received an email that my order was shipped and it would take 10 to 18 business days since it was coming from Australia. As of January 11th, I have not received the hat. I contacted the company on 12/28 regarding my order by email. They replied on 12/29 and said they would get back to me within 48 hours. I have emailed them 2 more times since then with no replies back. I will chalk this one up to a lesson learned.
