Goods not received

I ordered an Iphone from FJELITECORP via ecplaza, had to wait 10 days to receive a package containing a fake ipod shuffle. I have emailed Jiyani Chen who also goes under the name of David Jackson, he keeps saying that he is waiting to hear back from the courier... why I dont know they didnt pack the parcel. I have made numerous attempts to try to resolve, they are not answering my emails or chat requests via MSN
