I took my 2 black berry for repairs as they were freezing and the person at the counter told me it can be a software, after 2 day they update me only on one blackberry, Then I phoned them to ask why are they updating me on one phone which I took 2, them they told me the other phone charger slot is damage but I questioned as the person on the counter and me we have checked both phone outside the was no damage accept the screen had scratch and I was charging it fine. I explain to the manger my situation they could not explain to me how come my charger was damaged, but the manager said he cannot do anything. I did not take it as I took my phone for freezing it was not damaged
