After having contacted company for a refund of funds removed electronically from my checking account the company (pzest.com) informed me that the money would be returned and that there would be no further charges to my account. During the last 6 months I have had to contact the company repeatedly regarding the original transaction and subsequent occurrances. On a number of these occassions I have been repeatedly hung up on and told that they no longer have my information in their system so they inform me that they cannot give me my money back.
