I purchased a product at a premium price. After using it found that it doesn't work properly. When I went in one week later to exchange it, was told I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. That was ok, but they couldn't advise me on a product that would work for me. I asked for a refund in that case, and they told me they didn't do that. Then she got a second sales assistant to come over and intimidate me so that I would leave. I wrote a letter to the store manager and never heard back.
