I tried to go through the website for Norton to cancel my Norton renewal which was debited to my credit card on 28/12 and failed miserably, I am still waiting for the email that was supposed to be sent out to acknowledge my request but so far I have not had any correspondence. I am unsure if they have my current email address because the software was for an old computer and subsequently I have another email address but I could not get anyone to tell about this through their very difficult website that to a person who is not an expert with the internet is not easy to manoevre through. I would like my $84.99 refunded immediately
