I am in South Africa. I ordered boots, one of which was defective. I sent photos of it (or tried to) but cannot get a response. I have been trying for weeks. The contact there is Karen Lee who asked for photos but email never seems to reach her. I never hear back from anyone. Their email address is [email protected].
