I received from Onsale2go what was ostensibly the Home Package for the TRX Suspension Trainer. When I assembled it, it proved defective in that a key mechanism - the clamp required to adjust the length of the main straps and to secure them at the length selected - simply did not grip the webbing as required and constantly slipped. This makes the apparatus not only difficult to use, but potentially very dangerous, as to have the straps slip under strain could result in severe injury from a sudden fall or loss of tension. Because the item I received was ostensibly a FitnessAnywhere TRX product, I contacted that organisation to find a remedy for the problem, but it emerged from those communications that the item Onsale2go sent me is very likely a counterfeit product. So not only is the product defective and dangerous, but apparently a fake. I sought reimbursement of the $129.99 USD that I paid via PayPal, but to no effect. PayPal also said that they would not pursue the dispute. The company that produces the real TRX (FitnessAnywhere) is a US based company and they were very prompt and helpful in dealing with my queries and helping me to resolve the problem. My problem is NOT with TRX, it is with Onsale2go
