Goods paid, not recieved

Purchased and paid for goods on ebay on 21/9/08. these items were a torch and photo paper. liangliang qian claims not to have recieved payment. last friday i sent him a fax showing bank transfer and my bank statement details that reffered to my purchase. i still have herd nothing from river trade.reg leon
