Umbrella print falling off, even before delivery

We ordered 5, 500 umbrella's for 16 teams NRL. Umbrella's are defected on print, they admit this but are unwilling to refund us the money of $24, 505.50, plus exchange cost, plus quality control cost which have had
to empoly extra staff to do. Also client will not except these umbrella's and have issued us with a lawyers letter.
We also paid these funds to an account that was on a bogus email, but somehow their owners name on it, that took a while to sort too, someone in their company doing something dishonest. Photo proof of job can be sent.

If I have contact wrong department can you please point me in the wright direction.
