I've had this for over a month now and I've emailed MMOINN several times and only get the following message:
"Dear Sir/Mam,
I will ask our technical team to have a check and will solve your problem ASAP.
Best regards"

Do not ever use these people, they are selling STOLEN GOLD. People like me sell them gold at a low price, they then sell it to the consumer at a profit but never pay the provider!
