As have many other people I signed up for the trial membership & cancelled days later due to the terrible qualityof the website & matches etc. Emailed and faxed my cancellation as the online link to cancel wasn't working...
Then $234 was withdrawn from my account and they claim to have never received my cancellation despite my having fax transmission reports and automatic email responses...
Does anyone have any answers as to how to get my money back? I will be going into my branch to cancel my credit card today.
