I contracted Sytable in January and gave Sytable them an initial spec. There was a lot of information being lost in the translation, so I recreated the spec adding more function requirements, and gave them this as a final and detailed spec document on May. Since that time they have given me four deadlines and to date the site is still unfinished and I am out of pocket. I did file an earlier complaint with the Better Business Bureau (with whom Sytable have an "A" rating, which makes you wonder really how effective that complaint body is) which I withdrew, as the president of Sytable had given me his absolute word it would be completed first week of November. The site is no where near completion, and now the president has relegated my site to be worked on out-of-hours! Now 10 months on, they no longer will respond to emails. Their approach is - get your money quickly and be slow to respond afterward.
My honest opinion is, DO NOT hire this company - they do not care about their customers or quality of service. There are plenty of other reputable web designers out there.
