This company is unlawfully deducting $29 sometimes once a month or twice a month from my visa debit card for one question I asked about late last year. I thought that one payment of $29 was all that was required for my question about my tv. I have not authorised this company to keep deducting money from my account & need to put a stop to it now as I'm a single parent & can't afford it.
Appreciate all the help I can get.
