My credit card shows a debit of $99.95 paid to your company. I did not order this software and during the last month my computer has been away for repair. I have antivirus software already installed on my computer and do not require your product. I have used your product in the past but as my computer encountered problems with viruses I decided to seek alternate software.
Please refund the $99.95 to my creditcard account as soon as possible.
