The retail store the "GOOD GUYS" in east geelong did not allow me to return my (HDMI CORD) because and i quote because it didnt have its packaging. but when i bought it the man said i could return it as long as i brought the reciept with me. it cost $85 i only had it for 3 days didnt get to use it because it didnt fit in my laptop, i asked the sales person before i bought the item if it would work in my laptop, explained which laptop i had and he simply said it would definately work. so to recap i was mislead and felt taken advantage of since im not good with technology and feel like i have been scammed.
