OnV/weightlossmembership and OnV/Insidertips have been taking, as a direct debt, an amount of money from my credit card. I did not join this company, I did however ask for a trail of WUYI tea. I can not find out, anywhere, how to cancel this direct debt. If you could give me a phone number I can ring from Australia, I would be most grateful.
