Charged for parking when states 3 hours free from HOTYZ

I went to FOX studios today approximately entering at 945am. I proceeded to the the bastille day markets and dropped friends off at the cinema HOTYZ.
Hotyz state 3 hours free parking the Bastille 2 hours free parking.
on exiting i was charged $10 for parking despite showing my receipts to the Security officer.
there are signs that clearly state 3 hours free parking from Hotyz. i have attached the recipts, and would like a full refund of the $10 as this would be false advertising. i discussed and argued with the security however he failed to listen and charged me the ten dollars. i departed at 12:13 and that means i was there less that 3 hours

i would also like an explaination on why this occurred and why the security would not know better? has he failed to be trained?
