I have for 3 months been charged for a product that i agreed to trial at the cost of postage. This product keeps arriving on my doorstep monthly even though i did not sign up for further purchases.
I can not for the life of me find out how to make it stop and go away.
It seems very unfair that once they have your debit card details they are relentless at extracing funds.
I even believe that one month they couldnt get the full amount from my debit card so they grabbed what they could.
There are never invoices or contact details, the best info i can get off the bottle is that it is DISTRIBUTED byVIV3 LTD
I need some guidance on how i can stop it.
