Having worked in the Health industry, I found permanent staff (administration), bludge are rude and don't have care about anything besides getting paid $1300 a fortnight. This is what places a strain on the health system. Money that can be put towards more nurse. Nurses were great they work hard and are pleasant for the most part.
Doctors my goodness, tend to look down and talk down to you. You do get the odd very nice doctor but they are very few and far between. Some just have no integrity whatsoever. To be paid alot of money to be arrogant. What a waste of money. Who made them GOD.
Nurses rock they are the ones that are overworked and underpaid.
Moral of my story is permanent staff need to be treated like staff, and because some have been their for 20years plus does not give them the right to do what they like when they like. BIG WASTE OF MONEY.
