Unable to cancel

I foolishly became a 'Game Pass' member and have since been unable to cancel my membership - they just keep taking money from my account and what is worse I am having money taken out for things I haven't joined - eg. Real unlimited movies, Real SuperPass - I am not using these products and would appreciate it if someone could help me to 'sort it out' - Also the last 2 games I purchased I am unable to use.
