My goods were supposed to be delivered last Monday between 8.00 and 9.00 am. There was a delay and no phone call to substantiate that. I had to call to find out what was happening. Wayne promised to get back to me but didn't. At 9.30 the truck arrived. Articles broken so far are lamp shades, drawers, speakers, rose wood dining table. Many of my belongings were badly packed, some were not even packed in boxes. As I have not completely unpacked I am hoping nothing more is damaged. I will be attaching photographs in the near future of all broken articles and have advised by a member of Grace Removelist staff that they will be looked into.
