Payment of renewal

On the 3rd of Feburary an amount of 59.99 was taken from my account for an renewal I already had purchased a 3 year product of nortons from a retailer and was just waiting to install on to my desk top when an automatic renewal occared and I have now paid for a product I will not be using could I please have the amount credited back to me I will wait to hear from you thank you June
